Filling Ingredients

  1. Ground or chopped chicken or goat (preferred because it gives a more juicier flavor)
  2. 1 bulb of garlic grounded from the scratch. Don’t use any powdered ones.
  3. 2 slides of ginger grounded as well.
  4. 1 Medium sized onion diced into very small pieces.
  5. 1 piece Shallot (called Chyapi in Nepali) for good flavor.
  6. ¼ bunch of green chopped cilantro.
  7. 1 bunch of Scallion chopped.
