Filling Ingredients
- Ground or chopped chicken or goat (preferred because it gives a more juicier flavor)
- 1 bulb of garlic grounded from the scratch. Don’t use any powdered ones.
- 2 slides of ginger grounded as well.
- 1 Medium sized onion diced into very small pieces.
- 1 piece Shallot (called Chyapi in Nepali) for good flavor.
- ¼ bunch of green chopped cilantro.
- 1 bunch of Scallion chopped.
