GYOZA 餃子

Traditionally, the filling for Gyoza includes a mixture of ground pork, cabbage, ginger, garlic, green onions and other seasonings and variations depending on the region it is being made in.  Sometimes shrimp is used or the dumplings are made without any meat at all.  Pork is the traditional filling though.
