Har Gow 蝦餃 and Dim Sum

This is an exploration of the Cantonese dumpling, Har Gow and it's relation to the practice of dim sum. It will look the history of the dumpling, the cultural aspects of the dumpling, and the different characteristics of the dumpling, such as shape and dough type. Har gow are intrinsically related to dim sum, as har gow is one of the main dishes in a dim sum meal.
